Question 1

How do I choose the right size rug?

Accepted Answer

Start with the room and furniture layout. In living rooms, place the front legs on the rug; in dining rooms, leave room for pulled-out chairs. See the rug size guide →

Question 2

Do I need a rug pad?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A rug pad adds comfort, grip, and a cleaner fit while helping protect the floor. Choose one that sits inside the rug edge. For newly finished, heated, or specialty floors, follow the flooring manufacturer's guidance.

Question 3

How fast will this rug ship?

Accepted Answer

Choose a size near Add to Cart. In-stock sizes show a ZIP-based delivery estimate; pre-order sizes show their expected ship date. Free ground shipping in the lower 48 & DC.

Question 4

Can I return this rug?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility. Custom products and e-gift cards are final sale.

Question 5

How should I care for it day to day?

Accepted Answer

Vacuum gently with suction only. For spills, lift away excess and blot with a clean, dry cloth. Contact us before wet or deep cleaning so we can confirm the right method for this rug.
